At Roth Capital, we view our brokers and partners as integral members of our team. To show our appreciation, we offer a range of incentives for off-market deals brought directly to the table. These incentives are determined case-by-case and designed to reward exceptional partnerships.

  • 1-2% Bonus: We offer an additional 1-2% bonus in addition to any seller-paid commission.
  • Additional Commissions: After we execute our business plan, you will be invited to handle leasing and/or selling the property.
  • Exclusive Vacation Rewards: Each year, we reward our top-performing partner(s) with a fully paid vacation package—valued between $5,000 and $10,000—as our way of saying thank you for your dedication and success.
  • Long Term Relationships: We believe in forming long term partnerships with our partners. You can count on us for decades of deals together buying, leasing, and selling properties.
